Industrial washing machines Tecnitramo LFA are manufactured with top quality components and are prepared for long and intensive working cycles for years. If you think your machine has run out of washing days, we offer you two options:
- Renove PlanWe value your machine for the purchase of a new one.
- RecyclingBring your machine to the factory and we will give it a second life.
Have a look at the process!
1.- Once disassembled, we remove everything that is deteriorated and recover the AISI 304 steel, its quality is always there!
Bearings, V-rings, ... are always replaced. The heart of the machine must beat like new!
2. Once we have all the components, we proceed to reassemble the machine:
3.- We continue assembling, replacing damaged or deteriorated components such as electrovalves:
4.- Little by little, the machine is coming back to life, like new, isn't it?
5.- We continue to give shape, furniture, panels, electrical switchgear...
6.- We check the drum:
7.- Once finished, it goes to the test bench:
8.- Once the quality control has been passed, this is the final aspect.
